SEVEN
DIVISIONS

Seven businesses, each supporting the others. A structure that could keep running even if we never sold a single car is what gives Shiiba its freedom — and its standard of quality.

Mobility Division

Passenger Mobility

Redefining mobility through an engineer’s eyes.

Backed by the financial strength of a diversified business that can operate even without car sales, we are free from the pressure of sales margins and handpick vehicles on quality alone. By combining the advanced maintenance skills of our certified vehicle maintenance facility (Kinki District Transport Bureau) with insight from our steel works, we deliver the finest ownership experience — one that moves our customers’ lives forward.

01

Uncompromising vehicle selection

With no sales quotas to chase, our professionals buy only vehicles that meet strict quality standards.

02

Advanced maintenance at a certified facility

Government-certified equipment and expertise keep your vehicle in peak condition long after purchase.

03

Logistics Division

Truck & Commercial Sales

Equipment that keeps going, for operations that never stop.

Commercial vehicles and trucks are a cornerstone of social infrastructure. As professionals who know harsh operating conditions and the front lines of logistics, we select tough, dependable vehicles matched to each operation’s needs. Drawing fully on the structural know-how built up in our steel works, we provide one-stop, rock-solid maintenance designed to maximize uptime.

01

The right vehicle for the job

We analyze payload, routes and frequency of use to recommend the most cost-effective commercial vehicle.

02

Minimal downtime

Fast repairs and thorough preventive maintenance to keep logistics moving.

03

Special bodywork capability

Working with our in-house steel works, we also handle truck body repairs and customization.

Vehicle Logistics

Every vehicle. Reliably. On time.

Built on a robust logistics infrastructure of our own, our vehicle transport business is growing steadily. We go beyond delivering the vehicles we sell, offering transport services that transform our partners’ supply chains. Through safe, dependable delivery, we keep the arteries of our region and society flowing.

01

Professional drivers handle every vehicle with care, keeping wear and stress to a minimum.

Recycling Division

Circular Engineering

Turning every ending into a new beginning.

Our resource-recycling business collects the bodies of commercial vehicles (trucks) that have reached the end of their service life, then dismantles and recycles them. Applying the metalworking skills Shiiba has built up over many years, we are working hard toward the ambitious goal of zero waste (zero emissions) in the logistics industry — and toward a sustainable society.

01

Thorough material separation

Steel, aluminum, plastics and more are precisely dismantled, sorted by material and recycled.

02

Metalworking skills, applied

Our cutting and dismantling work draws on the heavy-equipment and cutting skills honed in our steel works.

03

Lower environmental impact

We solve the logistics industry’s scrapped-truck problem in-house, contributing to a circular economy.

Steel Works Division

Plant Engineering

Working with steel where failure is not an option.

Designing, manufacturing and welding critical components for plant equipment, this division is the technical backbone of the SHIIBA GROUP. Driven by a mission to support infrastructure of national importance, we have honed advanced skills under demanding conditions where failure is not an option — skills that set the “absolute standard for quality” across our entire organization.

01

Reliability in extreme environments

We meet the most demanding welding requirements, including power-plant components built to withstand high temperatures and pressures.

02

End-to-end quality control

Full traceability from design and manufacturing through to non-destructive testing.

03

Strength shared across the group

The “not one millimeter of compromise” mindset forged here underpins our vehicle maintenance and AI work.

Global Division

Global Operations

Starting in Asia. Reaching for the world.

We are starting with Asia. From our base in Himeji, we are building trade relationships with Southeast Asian countries including Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam. Using our own logistics network and the trust we have earned, we deliver the best of Japan directly — beginning with frozen foods such as oysters. With the foothold we build in Asia as our springboard, we aim for the world markets beyond.

01

A foothold in Asia

Not one-off deals: we start by building locally rooted business across Asia and growing it into a lasting network.

02

Exporting Japanese food and technology

A wide range, from high-quality foods such as frozen oysters to mobility-related assets.

03

Borderless logistics

Extending the logistics expertise we have built in Japan into international supply chains.
